Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Nursing Homes invites tenderers to participate in a market dialogue for the procurement of services connected to the development of a competence programme within facility service for the agency's long-term homes. The competence programme shall be used throughout the entire agency and it shall be suitable for rolling out at all of the agency's long term homes.
