Norway – Electricity – Procurement of electricity

Stavanger and Sandnes municipalities would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement with one - 1 - and the same tenderer for the procurement and delivery of electricity with the accompanying services. An independent manager shall be procured, who on behalf of the Contracting Authorities shall carry out: Physical trade of electricity Administrative services (reporting, invoice handling and web based follow-up system)Training Management of the municipality ́s free power management of the flexibility market (option).
