skeyes intends to purchase a training planning software solution. The contract will include the delivery of the software licences, the implementation of the software (including any customisation) and maintenance and support after implementation. The new training planning software solution should enable the efficient planning and monitoring of training courses for operational and technical staff within skeyes. The aim of these training courses is to train staff to obtain and/or maintain a licence and/or qualification. The planning and monitoring of the training courses is carried out by the training back office, which consists of several operational and technical experts. Currently, these experts spend a lot of administrative time on this task, which can be organisationally complex.
