EirGrid has a requirement for a Celtic Readiness and Strategic Market Programme Framework partner to work in partnership with Eirgrid to deliver the technical support to deliver the operations programme for the Celtic Interconnector. This programme of work has been established to address the following requirements: Full integration into EU – Full integration into EU forwards, day-ahead, intraday, and balancing markets required by the re connection of the SEM with the EU markets through the commissioning of the Celtic Inter connector.
