Norway – Construction work – Parallel framework agreements for compound tradesman services.

Oslobygg KF is a municipal company owned by Oslo kommune, which is responsible for the development, construction, operation and maintenance of purpose-built buildings. We are one of the country's largest property managers with more than 2.7 million square meters divided in around 900 properties. The portfolio consists of nurseries, schools, nursing homes, sheltered accommodation flats, fire stations, arts buildings, sports facilities and everything from small, sheltered storehouses to modern buildings. Several of the properties are registered on the Cultural Heritage Management Office ́s yellow list or subject to other protection regulations, which makes the administration an important social mission. The properties vary in size from 20 to 60,000 square meters. In order to ensure the necessary competence and capacity, Oslobygg KF would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers for compound trade services. The agreement shall cover several disciplines, including joinery, carpentry, walls, painters, flashing and guttering, roofers, plumbers and electricians. The deliveries will range from smaller service assignments with low financial value to major maintenance and rehabilitation projects of high complexity and a cost level of NOK 500,000,000. ----------------------------------------
