UDE receives and sends mail daily, and therefore needs daily collection and delivery of mail, including franking outgoing dispatches. The extent can vary slightly, but will normally be one mailbox per day. The dispatches mainly consist of letter post under 2 kg, but there can also be dispatches of packages on occasions. From April 2026 there will, thus, be a need to print the address cards for the packages, but this will be of a limited extent. Incoming mail and packages shall be collected from the contracting authority ́s post box at Etterstad and delivered in Grensesvingen 6 in the period 08:30 - 09.30 Monday to Friday. Collection of outgoing mail and packages is to be carried out between 13:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday in the contracting authority ́s premises in Grensesvingen 6, and then transported to the tenderer ́s location for preparation and further distribution. The contracting authority will ensure that all the sendings are correct and completely addressed.
