Norway – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Data communication and knowledge overview within public health and living conditions in Akershus county - R&D - Intention notice.

Akershus county needs an increased knowledge overview and data dissemination within public health and living conditions and intends to enter into a contract with Neighbourhood Health AS. The project consists of creative and innovative development activities that are not available as a standard service in the market. The procurement includes R&D activities, methodical development and further development of the Neighbourhood Health platform's functionality, including new data sources and visualisation options. The contracting authority would like further cooperation with Neighbourhood Health AS on further development, method support and platform development for living conditions zones, indicator development and data integration for public health and living conditions analyses in Akershus. The terms for using the R&D exception are fulfilled by the contract containing a larger element of innovation and the purpose of obtaining knowledge that is not already in the market. Tenderers who wish to complain about the voluntary ex ante transparency notice must do so within ten days calculated from the day after the date of this notice.
