Ireland – Facilities management services – Establishment of a Single Party framework agreement for the provision of Site Management Services at Abbey Park on behalf of Wicklow County Council, by a social enterprise

This framework agreement will be established on foot of this tender competition for the provision of Site Management Services at Abbey Park on behalf of Wicklow County Council, by a social enterprise. The Abbey Park project involved the provision of a new high quality open space, public garden/tourism attraction in the historic setting of Abbey Park, Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow. The project includes the redevelopment of the old Coach House into a café/exhibition space, provision of an outdoor performance area, public toilets and suitable public lighting, and a high quality and attractive planting and landscaping scheme. The aim of the project is to enhance this key open space in order to maximise its function as a public amenity, a tourism attraction and heritage asset.
