Ireland – Construction work – Project Barrow Social Housing Design & Build Contract

The National Treasury Management Agency (describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency) (“NDFA”), as agent for and on behalf Dublin City Council (“DCC”) and Kildare County Council (“KCC”) gives notice of its intention to award a contract(s) to design and construct social housing units. The contract(s) will consist of housing, duplex and apartment units and certain ancillary facilities, such as creche, community facilities, playgrounds and landscaped areas across a number of sites in Dublin and Kildare. The NDFA intends to issue a contract notice in December 2025 inviting interested parties to submit evidence of their suitability. The NDFA intends that the successful candidate be awarded a contract(s) in the form of the Public Works Contract (Building Works designed by the Contractor (PW-CF2)) available at https://constructionprocurement.gov.ie. The NDFA reserves the right to amend, alter or vary the information contained within this notice.
