Continuation of the service contract for the performance management system, as well as a change of contract counterparty from Xledger Offentlig AS to Stratsys AB. Kristiansund municipality has carried out a prior information notice and market dialogue to assess whether there are alternative solutions that can replace the current performance management system. The analysis of received supplier responses shows that Stratsys is the only solution that offers a complete and integrated system that covers the municipality's total needs in plans and reports, management models beyond target and result management, artificial intelligence, available databases and self-modelling of management logic as the standard functionality in a code-free interface. The system is also in line with the municipality ́s current digitalisation strategy and plans for development and innovation. This is assessed as the only real alternative that can safeguard the municipality's overall need without disproportionate costs or risk, while ensuring stable operation, traceability, efficiency and high quality in performance management in the future.
