Norway – Construction work – PARTNERING CONTRACTOR - NEW SIXTH FORM COLLEGE IN HOLMESTRAND MUNICIPALITY.

Vestfold county shall enter into a contract with a contractor for project development, engineering design services for and construction of a new sixth form college in Prestegårdsalleen in Holmestrand municipality after the co-location of the current Holmestrand Sixth Form College and Sande Sixth Form College. The County Council decided in a meeting 18 December 2024 case 169/24 that the project shall be carried out as a turnkey contract with interaction as an execution model based on NS 8407:2011 General contract terms for turnkey contracts (hereafter NS 8407). The project is divided into two phases, respectively the Development phase (Phase 1) and the Implementation phase (Phase 2). A contract shall be signed with one tenderer for the assignment.
