Ireland – Data-processing services – Market Engagement for Supply Chain Opportunity software/online tools and related information services – Dublin MetroLink

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), acting as the Sponsoring Agency for the Dublin MetroLink programme, is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) to initiate early market engagement with potential Supply Chain Opportunity Service/Tool providers. The purpose of this engagement is to inform the development of supply chain transparency, through deployment of an online portal/platform for prospective suppliers, that will support the delivery of MetroLink, ¬ one of Ireland’s most significant public transport infrastructure projects. TII seeks to engage with experienced software/service providers, to explore market capacity and capability, market coverage and online portal functionality. The objectives are to: • drive transparency of supply opportunities, across all supply chain tiers, with a particular focus on small to medium enterprises (SMEs), for the construction of the programme; • Provide ability for suppliers to register interest in MetroLink procurement opportunities; • provide a database of information supporting MetroLink’s SME Strategy; • Provide the ability to monitor, download data and report on supply chain activity in line with the SME Strategy. This PIN does not constitute a call for competition but serves to facilitate dialogue and gather insights that will shape the final specification and the forthcoming procurement strategy.
