Norway – Vehicle-counting machines – Counting equipment, framework agreement

Framework agreement for the procurement of equipment that shall be used for collecting road user and traffic data in Trondheim municipality. The data shall be used as background data for, among other things, environmental calculations, traffic analyses, statistics and for assessing measures on the current foot/cycle path network and the road years for outdoor activities. The tenderer shall deliver fixed and mobile counting equipment for use in Trondheim. The procurement also includes an agreement on assembly, operation and maintenance/service of the counting equipment.
