INITIAL CONTRACT-TRINITY WHARF PHASE IA-I: The Initial Works Contract comprises of: - Concrete demolition works, - Temporary works, - Construction of circa 270m of new sheet piled quay wall with tie back anchors, - Revetments and anchor wall, - Circa 75m seawall rock armour protection, - Bulk filling and earthworks over approx. 60 percent of the site, - Installation of environmental barrier/liner over site approx. 60 percent of the site, - Drainage with outfalls to sea, - Foul sewer pump sump and gravity sewers below environmental barrier installations. - Other Misc Works
