Norway – Interior design services – Framework agreement for interior architect services

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for a framework agreement for interior architect services. See SSA-R annex 1 - the Contracting Authority's requirement specifications for further information. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The contract period is 2 years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority has the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 years, so that the total maximum contract length is 4 years. The estimated value of the contract is approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT per annum and approx. NOK 8 million excluding VAT over a 4 year contract length. The estimated value is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 10 million excluding VAT.
