Norway – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to roads and other equipment – Operation and maintenance of electrotechnical installations - E6 Trøndelag

Nye Veier shall plan, build, operate and maintain traffic-secure roads. Nye Veier shall contract an electro contractor for its operational and maintenance contract for roads that have been completed and that shall be completed during the contract period. The contract will be valid for 4 years, with an option for an extension for a further 3 x 1 year. The electrical contractor shall, on behalf of the contracting authority, be responsible for the operation and maintenance of electrotechnical installations. The responsibility includes all assignments and routines that are necessary for the road network to function well for the road users ́ daily use. The electro contractor's liability includes all the necessary measures to maintain the function and technical condition of the road infrastructure, and improvements resulting from loss or damage to electrotechnical installations.
