Ireland – Construction work for school buildings – St Catherine's Special School, Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow-Main Contractor

The project provides for the construction works of a split-level two-storey special school building containing 25 classrooms, a hydrotherapy pool, associated clinician and educational support rooms and ancillary spaces with total floor area of c. 6200 sqm. Proposed site works will include new play areas, including junior soft play area, ballcourt, multisensory garden with all associated paths and paving, 102 no. car-parking spaces, 8 no. minibus set-down bays and queuing spaces, boundary treatments, bicycle stands external store, ancillary infrastructure works and landscaping.
