Ireland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Architect Led Integrated Design Team for the Development of Ballintober Holiday Lodge and Community Cafe and Termonbarry Creative Community and Tourism Hub

Roscommon County Council is seeking to progress the regeneration of two former Garda Station buildings by appointing an Architect-led Integrated Design Team (the 'Consultant') to take the project through Stages (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v). That is, Design and Planning, Construction, Certification and Handover. Feasibility reports have already been completed. the commission is broken into two tasks - Progression to Task 2 is subject to funding.
