Norway – Construction work – 1244501 - USN Campus Vestfold - Upgrading ventilation and automation - K201 Turnkey contract

The project comprises replacing 10 ventilation aggregates and implementing requirement management for all affected areas, in order to ensure cost efficient operation and good indoor climate for the university college. Parts of the buildings have air supply via holes in hole covers, a solution statsbygg shall now mainly go away from. Most of the aggregates shall be connected to the new channel network and air technical equipment. A new control system shall be delivered and all ventilation aggregates shall be connected to the new control system, with a new automation and cabling structure for all the new installations. The work shall be carried out in school in operation, but the contractor will have access to one wing at a time for the most efficient operation. There will be a lot of focus on collaboration and facilitation for the school. A price is requested for an option to replace one aggregate, as well as an expanded automation delivery.
