The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a Financial Management Shared Services Centre (FMSSC) that will carry out the transactional elements of Financial Management processes for the Irish Civil Service and the other in-scope Public Service Bodies. The required System must be a fully integrated system capable of supporting end-to-end processes across both the FMSSC and the PSBs.
