Ireland – Prefabricated buildings – Supply and installation of Accessible Two-bedroom glamping pod at Beyond The Waters Edge Achill

The Contracting Authority invites tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of one fully finished, accessible two-bedroom glamping pod, including all associated works required for full completion and readiness for tourist accommodation use. The works include (but are not limited to): Manufacture and supply of a fully compliant modular glamping pod Delivery to site at Beyond the Waters Edge, Dooagh, Achill Island Installation, positioning and anchoring of the unit Connection points for services (electricity, water and wastewater – where required) Internal finishes, fixtures and fittings Compliance with relevant building, safety and accessibility standards All labour, materials, plant and equipment necessary to complete the works This contract is part-funded under the LEADER Programme. The objective is to provide high-quality, accessible tourist accommodation to support sustainable rural tourism on Achill Island.
