Norway – Accommodation cleaning services – Cleaning services for Molde adult education centre.

The aim is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of professional, reliable and environmentally friendly cleaning. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. The maximum contract period is 4 years including options. The contract will start in winter/spring 2026, not later than 4 months from when the award/contract is signed, unless otherwise agreed between the chosen tenderer and the contracting authority. The value of the procurement is estimated to be approx. NOK 800,000 excluding VAT per annum, for the entire contract period, including the option year, nok 3,200,000 excluding VAT. The estimated area in the agreement is approx. 2,119 m², divided between teaching rooms, offices, communal areas, toilets, corridors and canteen.
