Norway – Repair and maintenance services – Framework agreement for service and maintenance of medical gas installations.

The Agency for Nursing Homes has medical gas installations at several of our institutions that require regular service and maintenance. Currently the contracting authority does not have a framework agreement for service and maintenance of medical gas installations and estimates that there will be a need to enter into such a contract. The procurement shall contribute to the long-term home and health centre in Oslo municipality having a cost efficient framework agreement for service and maintenance of medical gas installations. The framework agreement will include annual inspections/main services and other maintenance with minor alterations or adjustments. The Agency for Nursing Homes shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. It is anticipated that the contract ́s extent will be between NOK 200,000 and NOK 300,000 300,000 to NOK 300,000 excluding VAT. NOK 750,000 excluding VAT per annum, total up to NOK 1,000,000 excluding VAT. 3,000,000 (2 years + 1 + 1 year).
