The objective of the procurement is to establish a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of consultancy services in the discipline Project Management and Support. The scheme shall contribute to covering the defence sector ́s always changing need for consultancy services. The establishment of a dynamic procurement scheme does not prevent other systems being established, e.g. a framework agreement, if it is considered appropriate.
