ITMidt is an intermunicipal host municipality cooperation between Melhus municipality, Skaun municipality and Midtre Gauldal municipality, with Melhus being the host municipality. ITMidt intends, in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 28-1 letter d, to enter into a new joint contract with Documaster AS as the supplier of the solution for an independent Noark 5 approved archive core. The municipalities currently use systems from Documaster and the merger will incur low implementation costs connected to the expansion. ITMidt continues the municipalities ́ contracts for archiving systems in one combined contract. This contract regulates conditions for the continuation of the system that involves ongoing updates, maintenance and support, existing and future integrations, as well as migration of existing data.
