Norway – Legal advisory and representation services – Framework agreement legal tenester Stad kommune

Stad municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for legal services. Stad municipality needs legal assistance in the following legal areas: 1. Contract law, right to compensation, contract, permanent ownership, legal relationship, planning and building law. 2. Procurement law, EU/EEA law, state aid and competition law, 3. Public law, administrative law, municipal law, preson protection, health law and labour law. 4. Corporate law, real estate tax and VAT Hovudtyngda of assignments is expected to be in accordance with the categories that are the list ovanfor (the most special first point), if there is a need for assistance in other legal areas, the municipality shall be able to benefit from the tenderer ́s other competence areas. Legal aid child protection is not included in this framework agreement.
