Germany – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Project "MHD"

The subject of the commission is the ‘libmicrohttpd3’ (‘MHD’) project, an open source software library that enables programmes to provide the HTTP protocol. As part of this project, several milestones will be used to systematically improve the portability and performance of MHD, analyse the functions of security certificates, and develop and implement specific tests. The contractual services serve the overall purpose of making the open source component ‘MHD’ more secure, reliable and robust in the public interest.
