Norway – Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy – Market survey for a framework agreement for Marine Gas Oil (MGO)

Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency plans to announce a procurement for a framework agreement for the procurement of Marine Gas Oil (MGO) in Q1 2026. FMA would, thus, like to obtain information from the market in the form of a market survey, and invites relevant tenderers for the procurement to answer the attached questions and/or to one-to-one meetings in week 3 of 2026. Tenderers can choose whether they want physical meetings to be held in Kjeller, or via Teams.Deadline for registration for supplier dialogue is 17.12.2025, 23:59 (UTC +01:00).
