Belgium – Natural gas – A NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE WITH A PRIOR CALL FOR COMPETITION FOR THE PROVISIONING OF NATURAL GAS - PROVISIONING AND OPERATIONS FOR 2026-2027

The subject of this Order is the “Provisioning of Natural Gas – Provisioning & Operations”. The Contract is divided into the following lots: •Lot 1: Provisioning of natural gas – Provisioning & Operations – max. 500 GWh •Lot 2: Provisioning of natural gas – Provisioning & Operations – Indicative 1,800 GWh (see 1.7. Indicative consumption) With this division into lots (and in particular the layout of Lot 1), the Contracting Authority also aims to give suppliers who can offer a more limited volume the opportunity to compete for the contract, without however limiting the competition for this lot. The Award Guide offer the possibility of granting a discount in the event that the two lots are awarded to the same candidate.
