The proposed works include but are not limited to: Installation of 3G artificial-turf playing surface, Construction of an Outdoor Dedicated Learning Area, Drainage works: perforated pipes, ACO replacement, collector drains, protection to shallow pipes, Regrading and landscaping, Construction of reinforced-concrete retaining walls, Access improvements including a 1:12 ramp, Widening of footpaths and kerb modifications, Site clearance and removal of soft landscaping, Temporary hoarding and compound set-up, Working in close proximity to active classrooms and SEN areas
