Norway – Filing equipment – Archive materials

The Ministry Fellowship is facing a comprehensive relocation process to the New Government Building, which for several ministries involves the transfer of archive material from existing locations to the National Archives. The Archives have strict requirements as to which covers and archive boxes are certified for long-term storage of paper documents. It is, therefore, necessary to procure sleeves and boxes that comply with these requirements. The contracting authority would like the contract to come into force as soon as possible after the contract has been signed. The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 3.5 million excluding VAT. The contract will have a maximum validity of up to NOK 5 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
