Haugesund municipality plans to procure reinforcement and renovation of Hasseløy bridge. The contracting authority would like to carry out a market dialogue in connection with the preparation of the tender documentation. The aim of the market dialogue is to ensure necessary insight into the supplier market, that the requirements in the tender documentation are practically feasible and compliance with statutory requirements in accordance with the procurement regulations at the same time that the municipality achieves good goal achievement as per need in the project. The drafts are being prepared and may be subject to changes up until the notice. All information in this document, as well as other information that is in connection with the market dialogue, is therefore not binding for the Contracting Authority or other participants in the contract. Deadline for feedback: Input is requested to be submitted in Mercell by Friday 19 December 2025 (at 15:00 CET).
