Norway – Recruitment services – Recruitment services, framework agreement

Export financing Norway would like to enter into a framework agreement for recruitment services with one tenderer. Contract period: 2 years with an option for a further 1+1 year. Eksfin is a governmental knowledge company that attracts and recruits employees with high education and competence. There will be a need for recruitment support for all types of positions except the CEO. We will also carry out employments without, or with lesser degree of assistance from a recruitment agency. This depends on the type of position and internal capacity. The objective of the framework agreement is to get support for professional recruitment processes of high quality that contribute to maintaining Eksfin's reputation as a serious employer and an attractive workplace. The recruitment processes shall occur within the current rules and routines for government employment. It is a prerequisite that the recruitment agency ́s offered team is aware of, and masters the government law and regulations for employment.
