Ireland – Real-time passenger information system – 8320 - Real-Time Customer Information (RTCI) project

RFT 234602 - 8320 - Real-Time Customer Information (RTCI) project was published on OJEU on the 11th April 2023, notice number 2023/S 086-266014 on the previous eTenders platform. Due to the length of time that has elapse between the original date of publishing and IE's decision to progress this contract, IE decided to re-open the above contract at the pre-qualification stage . As the previous eTenders platform is ceasing in May 2024, the new submissions must be submitted on the new eTenders platform. The Real-Time Customer Information (RTCI) project is a foundational project for improving the provision of real time service information to IÉ customers and staff and is included in the CIS Strategy recommendations. The project will support the creation of real time data services utilizing onboard equipment, the latest data management tools and will include the delivery of occupancy information and real time train location information, improved arrival time calculations and a vastly more reliable IT infrastructure.
