France – Supply services of personnel including temporary staff – EMPLOYER OF RECORD SERVICES FOR EXPERTISE FRANCE PROJECTS BASED IN BANGLADESH

The third-party employment services shall include, but are not limited to: o Assistance with recruitment and candidate selection, if required o Establishment and management of employment contracts o Administrative personnel management o Payroll management o Payment of social security contributions o Legal advice (notably in cases of pre-litigation or litigation) o Administrative and financial reporting related to the contract o HR data analysis o Implementation of due-diligence processes for personnel employment.
