Norway – Gaseous fuels – Voluntary ex ante transparency notice for compressed biogas

Pursuant to the public procurement regulations § 13-4, the sanitation companies Sirkula IKS and Horisont Miljøpark IKS intend to enter into a service contract with the company Gasum AS for the delivery of compressed biogas (CNG) to the following locations: • The filling station at Horisont Miljøpark IKS in Dalborgmarka, 2827 Hunndalen • The slow filling plant at Sirkula IKS at Gålåsholmen, 2320 Furnes. Gasum AS owns the technical infrastructure. Based on this, technical exclusive rights are available, which makes the competitive tendering inappropriate. Contracts are therefore planned to be signed without a prior competition. The agreement will be signed pending a tender notice for the establishment of a new filling station including a slow filling facility at Dalborgmarka Environment Station in Hunndalen. DEADLINE FOR OBJECTIONS: Any objections to the planned contract award are to be communicated to Insights Procurement c/o Sirkula IKS on behalf of the contract parties at the latest 10 days after the notice date on Doffin. All communication shall occur via the communication module in Mercell.
