Belgium – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – A NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE WITH A PRIOR CALL FOR COMPETITION FOR THE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY - PROVISIONING AND OPERATIONS FOR 2026-2027

The object of this Assignment is the "Supply of Electricity - Provisioning & Operations". The Assignment is divided into the following lots: -Lot 1: Supply of Electricity - Provisioning & Operations - max. 400 GWh -Lot 2: Supply of Electricity – Supply and operations – Indicative 1.300 GWh (see 1.6. Indicative consumption) With this division into lots (and in particular the layout of Lot 2) the Contracting Authority also intends to give suppliers who can offer a more limited volume the opportunity to compete for the Contract, without limiting the competition for this lot. The Candidate may submit a Request to participate for one lot or both lots. The award guidelines provide the possibility to grant a discount in the event that both lots are awarded to the same party.
