The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a process for the establishment of a Panel for the Provision of Managed Services with/without care at Homeless Facilities owned / leased by Dublin City Council in 2 lots: • Lot 1 - Managed services with Care and Case Management Supports for new facilities. • Lot 2 – Managed services of new facilities The nature of the service will be based on DRHE providing accommodation, either owned or leased to service providers under the panel to manage the accommodation with the option to also provide a care package solution Please note that this project is subject to funding.
