The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can offer a system adapted to the needs within higher education. The system shall support production and publication of professional releases in both digital and printed formats. Furthermore, tenderers shall deliver traditional printed matter, such as envelopes, lettersheets, posters, booklets etc. This list is not exhaustive.
