Luxembourg – Software programming and consultancy services – CFT-1772 - Data & Analytics Platform Strategy, Implementation and Support Services

The objective of this call for tenders is to award multiple framework agreements to 5 service providers for each lot for the provision of data & analytics platform strategy, implementation and support services. This call for tenders is divided into 2 lots, as follows: - Lot 1: IT Consultancy for Data & Analytics platforms - its subject matter is the provision of IT consultancy services for maintenance, support, and development of the Group Data Warehouse and Administrative (Admin) Warehouse as well as the reporting, analytics and interfaces linked to it for the EIB Group. - Lot 2: Data Strategy and Governance Services - its subject matter is the provision of IT consultancy services for supporting the definition of how EIB Group should manage, analyse, and act upon data and which approach it should adopt around tools, processes and rules.
