Finland – Software package and information systems – Procurement of Operational Control and Support System for the Transmission Grid

The Purchaser intends to acquire an Operational Control and Support System for the Transmission Grid, covering the core IT system (hereinafter also referred to as the System). The System comprises functionalities traditionally associated with both Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (hereinafter also referred to as the SCADA) and Energy or Distribution Management Systems (hereinafter also referred to as the EMS). The procurement includes implementation of the System, its maintenance and support services, and a delivery project that encompasses all work, software, integrations, system development and consultancy, licenses, training, and documentation required for implementation and operation.
