Norway – Construction work – (25374) New competition development and renovation sakshaug school, turnkey contract

The competition is for the development and renovation of Sakshaug school for Inderøy municipality. The contracting authority has an option to operate temporary school premises during the construction, c.f. point 2.1. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 110,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with: Implementation with regard to financing and relevant competence in the tenders. Uncontrollable conditions are not yet known to the builder for publication, for example political treatment. The set milestones (phases) can be changed due to unfounded delays in the procedure and political treatment in the municipality. The obligation to make requirements regarding apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act § 7. See the attached seriousness terms for further information.
