Spain – Mining, basic metals and related products – Supply of EUROFER97-5 Finished Products

The present procurement procedure defines the procurement and delivery of EUROFER97, batch 5 (EUROFER97-5) finished products, and consists of 2 stages. Stage 1: EUROFER97 manufacturing process qualification and demonstration (following RM 014-0 requirements of the RCC-MRx code), based on fabrication and testing/characterisation of so-called “sacrificial’ items (plates and bars). Maximum Stage 1 price: EUR 385,848.54. Stage 2 (conditional on successful qualification and demonstration of EUROFER97 manufacturing process): fabrication, testing/characterisation and delivery of EUROFER97-5 serial products, i.e. plates of various thicknesses (7-55 mm) and bars of various square cross-sections (100-150 mm2). Maximum Stage 2 price: EUR 3,595,384.02.
