Norway – Construction work for water and sewage pipelines – KKSRA - Kragerø municipality central treatment plant - EVA01 Transmission pipelines Kirkesund - Marienlyst

Kragerø municipality shall close the existing treatment facility at Kirkesund in 2026 and transfer the sewage water temporarily to Kragerø treatment facility until the new central treatment facility is in operation. The transfer pipeline will be laid in the sea from Kirkesund to Marienlyst via Gulodden at Bærøy. New pumping stations shall also be established at Kirkesund and gulodden. This sub-contract concerns transfer pipelines from Kirkesund to Marienlyst and mainly comprises the following: Approx. 5.4 km of pump pipeline in the sea from the land roof at Kirkesund on Skåtøy up to and including a landing at Gulodden in Bærø y.Ca. 3.3 km of pump pipeline in the sea, which is connected to the existing pump pipeline in the sea outside Muffetangen at Bærøy up to and including a land roof at Gulodden at Bærøy. Approx. 3.5 km of pump pipeline in the sea from and including a land roof at Gulodden at Bærøy to Marienlyst on the mainland. Drilling in rock at Kirkesund for the transfer pipeline as well as seven water pipelines, five minor pump pipelines for wastewater and a future pump pipeline for wastewater from Jomfruland.The contract work will be carried out as an execution contract in accordance with NS 8405.
