Trondheim municipality, (hereafter called the Customer), invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations (FOA Part III) with the intention of entering into new operational agreements that involve taking over Application and Infrastructure services and network and communications services with the accompanying Maintenance, Purchasing and Equipment Services.
