Norway – Real estate agency services on a fee or contract basis – Valuation of property tax object for Karmøy and Haugesund municipalities.

The contracting authority for this competition is Haugesund municipality, on behalf of the procurement cooperation at Haugalandet. Two municipalities are participating in the competition. Each municipality is a separate legal entity and shall enter into separate contracts with the contract parties. The relevant municipalities included in the contract are: Karmøy municipalityHaugesund municipality The aim of the procurement is to carry out a new general valuation for property taxes for Karmøy and Haugesund municipalities. The contracting authority requests tenders for services for new general valuations of properties from and including 2027, subject to the Property Tax Act. The notice applies to the following sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1 - Valuation of general properties such as residences, leisure time and commercial properties. Sub-contract 2 - Valuation of special commercial properties.
