Norway – Real estate services – F106 Framework agreement for rental services.

Vestland County is the contracting authority for the procurement. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer who shall assist with renting houses and other properties acquired in connection with future development of roads and/or tracks in Vestland county. The agreement includes complete rental broker services, including all necessary activities connected to the establishment, management and termination of the lease. Duration: 3 years, with an option for an extension for 3+2 years. Upper frame: NOK 20 million.
