Ireland – Refurbishment work – Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for Public Works Contracts for Minor Building and Civil Engineering Works in Technological University Dublin

TU Dublin seek to establish 2 Frameworks consisting of a maximum 5 participants of contractors on each Lot, to be requested to tender for: Lot 1 works from €0.00 to €250,000 which will be run under mini competitions. Lot 2 works from €250,000 to €1,000,000 which will be run under mini competitions The works will be carried out on TU Dublin Campuses: City Campus, Tallaght Campus and Blanchardstown Campus. Candidates can apply for Lot 1 or Lot 2 or both Lots. Lot 1 Works Framework may include, but is not limited to: Glazing Works, Flooring Works, Carpentry, Locksmith, Painting, Roofing, Minor Refurbishments Lot 2 Works Framework may include, but is not limited to: General Building Works for refurbishments, Extensions, Demolitions and Alterations to Existing Structures Repair and Refurbishment of Existing Buildings. Mechanical and Electrical and Similar Specialist Works may be included or may be contracted for separately by the Contracting Authority.
