The purchase is a device to accurately measure the sedimentation velocity and mass of peptide and protein complexes. The device should be capable to do this for a large range of masses from 1 up to1 000 000 kDa. The best fit for this is an analytical ultracentrifuge with scanning UV/VIS and Rayleigh interference optics. All the necessary additional components and accessories will also need to be acquired.
