Norway – Sacks and bags – Framework agreement for the procurement of food waste posar NOMIL, SIMAS and NGIR

Renovasjonsverka would like, via this procurement, to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of posars for food waste to desse verka. The annual amount is estimated to 84,000 rolls of biodegradable bioposar. The principal delivery shall be as former as advice in 2026. The mengda host assessed the total as an average in the contract period with an annual variation of +/- 25%. The scope of the contract is based on experience, and there is no obligation to buy in volume for each customer after this procurement. The contract will be entered into in accordance with "Contract terms on framework agreement goods procurement" from Dfø. The contract will be valid for 2 years with mogeleg longing for a further 1+1 year.
